Hello, my name is Kelly Krevey. I am currently a sophomore majoring in Early Childhood/Elementary Education and thinking of minoring in Educational Technologies. My hometown is Pittston, PA. I graduated from Pittston Area and was a member of Student Council and National Honor Society. I was also treasurer of the I.C.E. club and was a captain of the girls varsity soccer team my junior and senior year. I have two younger sisters. My youngest sister Emily is 5 years old. She makes everything so much more interesting and fun. This past summer I worked at Wilkes-Barre Academy as a summer camp counselor and had an amazing time with the children. I believe becoming a teacher will be a rewarding job. In my free time I enjoy playing with my little sister, shopping, watching movies, hanging out with friends, bowling, ice skating, skiing, water tubing, and much more.

I have always enjoyed classes that had projects and fun activities. My favorite teachers were the ones who were nice, caring and friendly. They would always find time to listen to your questions or to give you extra help when needed. I didn't like classes where the teaacher would rush through the lessons. For this class I believe working on all the projects will be exciting and fun! I'm most nervous about how I will tie them all together. If there is one thing you should know about me as a student, it's that I am hardworking and I will always try my best. In general I am a motivated student who can't wait to become a teacher and work with children!!
